You're invited to experience...

A better way to make sense of your life — without the burnout

(or the breakdown)

Have you ever wondered...

What would happen if you really trusted the little voice that is telling you that something is… not quite right?

Chances are you’ve been listening to other people’s voices all your life… all telling you what’s important, when it’s important, and why you can’t be ignoring it…

Maybe you’ve built a good life following this advice. Maybe you’ve learnt to keep it all together… and even achieved impressive goals.

So why is that little voice still nagging you now?

And more importantly… what might happen…. if you finally stopped and listened?

Because that voice is there for a reason. It is yours, after all. That feeling of never quite doing enough... that something's wrong, something's missing...

…is not a sign that you must try even harder, or be somehow less sensitive to how you feel.

It is your clue to stop, breathe, and look yourself… before you think about moving forward.

introducing

Your full life map

A diagnostic tool designed to reflect back to you what’s going on in your life…
so that you can understand why you feel what you feel (and what you could do about it)

How does a Full Life Map work?

1

Answering questions

You start with a guided self-assessment gently exploring five big areas of your life — from energy and time, to connection, purpose, and self-trust.

2

A visual snapshot

Based on your answers, you'll then see your whole life (so far) laid out like a map – a visual snapshot that shows how everything is connected.

3

Finding where you are

By giving yourself meaningful feedback, you'll use four gentle zones — Tender, Noticing, Exploring, and Aligned – to pinpoint where you are.

4

Guided reflections

Gentle prompts help you connect the dots, see what stands out most, plot possible routes, and even trace back where certain feelings come from.

5

Next-step guidance

As you decide where and how you really want to focus your care and energy next, you can gently explore different pathways within your own Matters Experiment.

What NOT to expect

Your Full Life Map won’t force you to overhaul your life all at once.

It won’t leave you thinking “my life’s a mess” or prompt you to take some drastic action…

On the contrary.

When Your Full Life Map is laid out in front of you, your life on the outside will still be exactly the same.

But something will have shifted on the inside… and it might come as a surprise.

Finally seeing the full picture does that. It might even take a moment before you realise how it's no longer about what may or may not be wrong – not with you, not with your life.

Instead, there might be a sense of relief… you know… like the warmth flowing through your body like when you’re finally getting a much-needed hug… and you suddenly feel the weight of all that you’ve been holding together to this point… just DROP.

You understand yourself. Kindly, compassionately, and yet… more clearly than – perhaps – ever.

Your Full Life Map will be especially helpful...

If...
You're constantly trying your hardest but feel that you're not doing enough
If...
You quietly keep asking yourself "What's wrong with me?" or "Why can't I just...?"
If...
You're feeling tired and exhausted but feel you can't stop (or don't want to)
If...
You (deep down) know things have to change but you actually feel quite lost in it all

…because only when you step back far enough to see the whole picture, you’ll be able to see that you’re trying to patch symptoms (and when you ‘fix’ one, another pops up straight away).

Your full life map

It’s just $97 AUD. Less than a few trips to the café… and certainly less than many other ‘treats’ you might be tempted to buy in order to make yourself feel better somehow.

But it’s not really about what it costs, is it? –  It’s about the cost of NOT seeing the full picture… the overcommitting, the pushing yourself even harder, the blaming yourself for lacking abilities, or even sheer capacity.

It’s when you see your whole life laid out clearly – Your Full Life Map – that you can truly embrace the opportunity it holds for you.

Today was a day I needed to stand up and be prepared to look at myself but knowing I am enough and I matter.....That is what you gave me this morning. A solid platform of knowing and believing in me and my value so that I had the courage to have discussions with myself about where I am, not afraid to be truthful with myself. (M.)

I struggle with saying no, but I am improving slowly! In the constant world of rushing and always having something to do, it is so important to focus on being, rather than doing. Your message definitely reminded me of this and it was wonderful to enact that. (K.)

Thank you, my friend. Not for giving me permission, but for planting the seeds that there doesn’t have to be a reason, there doesn’t have to be outcomes or achievements, or anything like that. It can just be what it is. And let it be what it is. (S.)

I totally love your outlook and it inspires me to approach my challenges differently. I can now be thinking about what I need to get through and ask for the help I know I will need now, rather than be in a situation and be frustrated because no-one is there to help. (J.)

I like the approach to see uncertainty as an experiment, to not look for every answer. You have identified a clear approach that can take away the fear associated with not knowing. (M.)

We all want to feel loved, and to know that as I find my new self, there is so much of me to give. For a while there, I thought I had nothing to give. Thank you for giving me space and a place to find myself. (B.)

Your Full Life Map is self-led and self-paced for a reason.

You truly don’t need another voice that’s telling you what to do.

Instead… dare to listen to your own voice. The quiet one, not the mean one…

The one that keeps asking you to remember your own worth in the middle of it all.

This is not about fixing things, or starting over. It’s about starting to see what’s going on beneath the surface of your everyday life so that you can see for yourself what’s draining you, what’s filling you up, what’s working beautifully, and what may not.

So that you can move forward with the confidence of KNOWING, not fear, or guilt.

Let’s begin, shall we?
